Responsible use of SanazNet
Use is permitted only from outside Iran and prohibited jurisdictions, and only by non-sanctioned persons and entities.
1. Lawful use
Comply with laws applicable to your residence, infrastructure and destination service. Technical access does not authorize every use.
2. Prohibited activity
- Registration or use from Iran or a prohibited jurisdiction, by a sanctioned person, or concealment of location or identity to evade controls.
- Fraud, identity theft, false KYC, payment abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, or evasion of PayPal, Google or Apple restrictions.
- Unauthorized access, intrusion, scanning or security testing.
- Spam, phishing, malware, botnets, DDoS, cryptocurrency mining or intentional disruption.
- Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, contract or other rights.
- Selling, renting, transferring or publicly sharing accounts, devices or credentials.
3. Fair use and security
Abnormal load, malicious automation and bypassing speed, traffic, session, device, advertising or KYC limits are prohibited. Rates, sessions, devices, protocols or high-risk destinations may be limited.
4. Investigation and action
Proportionate action may include warning, verification requests, session termination, restriction, suspension, credential revocation, account termination, evidence preservation or lawful cooperation.
