Access closes immediately and direct identifiers are erased; only minimal, time-limited required records remain.
Limited protected retention
730 days for necessary support, security and connection records. Financial records are normally kept for 6 years after the relevant financial year; an active legal hold can extend this.
Final purge and backups
Remaining records are automatically purged after the deadline. Rotating backups expire within 90 days and are used only for disaster recovery during that window.
