Access closes immediately and direct identifiers are erased; only minimal, time-limited required records remain.
The account is disabled, passwords and tokens are invalidated, devices are de-identified, and KYC documents and profile identifiers are erased. Sign in with Apple authorization is also revoked when a server credential is available and that credential is deleted; older accounts may additionally need to remove SanazNet under Sign in with Apple in Apple Account settings.
730 days for necessary support, security and connection records. Minimal identity and KYC verification evidence needed for legal obligations or claims is encrypted with audited access and, with financial records, is normally retained for 6 years after the relevant financial year; KYC document files are deleted and an active legal hold can extend the deadline.
Remaining records are automatically purged after the deadline. Rotating backups expire within 90 days and are used only for disaster recovery during that window.
