Why and when identity verification is required
SanazNet lets eligible users evaluate the service through Free access, but continued registered Free use after the configured allowance depends on identity verification. This page explains the flow and required data clearly.
- 1
Register with your own information
Registered account details must belong to you. Accounts are for your own authorized use; transferring or publicly sharing credentials is prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
- 2
Verify your email
Email must be verified before registered access. Verification codes are only for completing that flow and should never be shared with support or another person. If a code expires, request a new one through the official flow.
- 3
Device limits
The number of registered and concurrently connected devices depends on your plan. When the device limit is reached, SanazNet may ask you to replace or revoke an older device. Revocation also invalidates that device’s credentials.
- 4
When does KYC apply?
After the registered Free allowance shown by the service is consumed, continued Free access requires identity verification. The service may also request additional information earlier where proportionate for risk or legal compliance.
- 5
What identity data is processed?
The current flow includes Iranian national ID, date of birth, phone number, country of residence, consent, and front/back document images. The national ID is encrypted and fingerprinted to detect duplicate use; operators see only the last four digits in the management interface.

The service is for users outside Iran
SanazNet does not serve users located in Iran, comprehensively sanctioned prohibited jurisdictions, or restricted persons and entities. IP, residence, account, payment and identity data may be processed for eligibility and compliance checks.
