From installation to the first connection and common troubleshooting.

Install the official build
Prefer Google Play. If you need a direct installer, use only the official ARM64 APK from the Apps page. Do not install SanazNet packages from untrusted mirrors. Apps page

Guest or registered account
You can start as Guest to evaluate the service. Continuing Free access after the Guest allowance requires a registered, email-verified account. The same account is used for Premium, devices and support.

Use Auto first
Auto compares ready nodes using live state and chooses the appropriate route. Manual selection is useful only when you have a specific reason to choose another available node and policy permits it.

Complete the Free sponsored step
On Free, the app may show a rewarded ad. After completion, allow a moment for the backend to resolve the same challenge. If the advertising provider fails, Retry should continue that access period rather than creating duplicate sessions.

Approve the Android VPN prompt
Android may show the standard VPN permission dialog on first connection or after system changes. Approve it only when you initiated the request from SanazNet.

Verify real connectivity
When the app reports Connected, open a destination service you are authorized to use. If the UI is connected but the destination is unreachable, switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data and keep the exact time/error for support.
