What to do when Connect does not complete
Most connection failures come from one of four areas: account gates, device Internet, the Free sponsored step, or operating-system VPN permission. Use this checklist to narrow the issue before opening a ticket.
- 1
Read the account gate first
If the app asks for email verification, identity verification, device replacement or sign-in, that gate must be resolved before a VPN session can be authorized. Repeatedly tapping Connect does not bypass it.
- 2
Set date and time to automatic
Tokens, TLS and request validity depend on correct time. If the device clock is off by several minutes or more, sign-in and connection flows can behave unexpectedly. Enable automatic date and time.
- 3
Try another Internet connection
Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. Guest, hotel, campus and corporate networks can restrict VPN or DNS traffic. If SanazNet works on a second network, the first network path is the likely cause.
- 4
If a Free ad completed but confirmation waits
Do not immediately reinstall the app or repeatedly replay ads. Wait briefly and retry Connect once. SanazNet handles reward state on the server and provider failures should not create duplicate access periods. If the message persists, include the exact time in your ticket.
- 5
Check the operating-system VPN permission
On Android, approve the operating-system VPN prompt. Windows setup may require UAC for the privileged component during installation. The iPhone/iPad Home Screen app requires the SanazNet configuration profile to be installed and confirmed.
- 6
Auto and server availability
Auto selects only nodes that the backend currently considers ready. If no node is ready, repeatedly switching between Auto and Manual will not fix an infrastructure outage. Keep the error message, retry later, or contact support.

Still stuck? Send the useful details
Include platform, app version, exact time, error text, selected server and whether you were on Wi‑Fi or mobile data. Never send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers or identity-document images in a general support ticket.
