Cancellation and refunds
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Free access
Free access has no subscription charge and therefore no payment to refund.
2. Withdrawal rights
An eligible consumer may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a direct web service contract. If service begins during that period at your request, a proportionate amount may be deducted where law permits. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights.
3. PayPal web purchases
Open a billing ticket from account Support. An approved refund returns through the original PayPal transaction, including where Apple Pay or another funding source was used in PayPal. Availability and timing depend on PayPal, the original method and law. PayPal Buyer Protection is separate from your legal rights.
4. Google Play and App Store
Cancellation and refund of Android or iOS purchases use the original store account and process. Eligibility varies by purchase type, time, funding method, country and law. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. SanazNet can assist technically but cannot guarantee or replace the store decision.
5. Cancelling renewal
For PayPal use account Billing, for Android use Google Play Subscriptions, and for iOS use Apple Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally remains to term end; cancellation is not automatically a refund.
6. Making a request
Provide the order reference, account email, date and purchase channel. Never send full card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Outcomes involving sanctions or legal prohibition remain subject to law and payment-provider restrictions.
