SanazNet Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
SanazNet does not offer or provide service to persons located in Iran, jurisdictions subject to applicable comprehensive sanctions, or sanctioned or restricted persons and entities.
1. Service provider
SanazNet is a trading name of WIUNIX LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17338992. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.
SanazNet provides people and organizations outside Iran with an Iranian exit IP for lawful access to banking, public-service, education, university and business platforms in Iran.
2. Accounts, age and verification
You must be at least 13, provide accurate information belonging to you, and protect your account and devices. Email verification is required before any registered-account connection. Registered free access requires identity verification after five connections; we may request additional information earlier where proportionate for risk or legal compliance.
KYC includes an Iranian national ID, date of birth, phone number, country of residence, and front and back document images. The national ID is encrypted and fingerprinted to prevent duplicate use; only the last four digits appear in the operator interface.
3. Geographic and sanctions eligibility
You confirm that you are outside Iran when registering, purchasing and using the service and that your country of residence is accurate. We do not serve jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions applicable to us, listed or restricted persons or entities, or persons owned or controlled by them. Use to evade sanctions, export controls, payment restrictions or a financial-provider decision is prohibited.
We may screen account, location, IP, payment and identity data for eligibility and may decline, restrict or terminate registration, payment or access where service is prohibited, materially risky or cannot be verified.
4. Free access and Premium
Free access may require a rewarded activation for each session. Premium removes that step during the subscription term. Speed, traffic, device and session limits are shown before purchase or in your account.
5. Payment, seller and renewal
Direct web purchases are sold by WIUNIX LTD and processed by PayPal. Where enabled, Apple Pay on the website is only an eligible funding option presented by PayPal, and PayPal remains the subscription provider. PayPal determines whether Apple Pay or another funding source is available based on device, account and country.
Digital purchases inside Android use Google Play Billing and inside iPhone or iPad use Apple App Store In-App Purchase whenever that channel is enabled. Google Pay and Apple Pay are not the same as in-app purchase; the store determines available funding methods. Amount, currency, term, renewal and cancellation are shown before purchase. SanazNet does not receive full card numbers.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel through the original purchase channel. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues to the paid-term end; cancellation alone does not create a refund. Withdrawal and refund rights depend on channel, service start and mandatory law where you live. Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Fraud, identity theft, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, spam, phishing, malware, attacks, unauthorized scanning, infringement, payment abuse and public sharing of access are prohibited. Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
For security and compliance, we may end sessions or restrict, suspend or terminate an account for policy breach, inaccurate information, fraud, chargeback, payment abuse, sanctions or a legal requirement.
9. Availability and third parties
The service is provided as available; uninterrupted access or destination acceptance is not guaranteed. A bank, university, store, network, PayPal, Google or Apple may independently decline or restrict access, payment or an account.
10. Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without removing mandatory consumer rights in your eligible country of residence. Material changes are announced on the site or in your account.
